A Giga Battle with Mega Results! (Japanese: メガタブンネVSギガギガニャース！！ Mega Tabunne VS Giga Giga Nyarth!!) is the 95th episode of the XY series, and the 894th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on November 12, 2015 and in the United States on March 5, 2016.

Blurb

Our heroes’ path through the woods takes them to a startling scene—a woman has gotten her leg stuck in a rocky crevice! After Ash and friends help get her free, she reveals her identity as Nurse Joy and takes everyone to meet Professor Sycamore at the Pokémon Center. Nurse Joy got stuck while searching for a Mega Stone—but she learns it’ll take more than just the stone to unlock the power of Mega Evolution!

Plot

Ash and his friends are on their way to the Pokémon Center. They hear a loud scream, so they decide to investigate. They then find a woman whose leg is stuck in a fissure and try to pull her out, but to no success. Clemont uses his Aipom Arm, which allows Ash and friends to pull the woman out of the fissure. The woman shows the heroes the Mega Stone she found and says she'll guide them to the Pokémon Center and reveals herself as Nurse Joy. Nurse Joy then drives them to the Pokémon Center. The scene reveals Jessie, James, and TRMeowth ([[{{{2}}} (move)|{{{2}}}]]) planning to steal Pokémon from the center.
