(Japanese: ブルガン Bourgain) is a recurring character who first appeared in SM070. He is the president of the (Japanese: レインボーハッピーリゾートカンパニー Rainbow Happy Resort Company).
He arrived at Paniola Ranch, keen to buy it in order to turn it into a resort hotel. After Kiawe and his family declined, he began to harass them, which infuriated Kiawe. As a result, Kiawe challenged him to a battle, where Kiawe's unsuccessful attempt at using a Z-Move with Marowak gave Bourgain the win.
Bourgain returned the next day and had a rematch against Kiawe, but was defeated. Despite this, diggers approached the farm for an excavation and was ready to destroy it, only for Sima, Mimo, and Rango to stand their ground. Unfortunately for him, Officer Jenny arrived with an arrest order against him for forging land owner documents, trespassing, and malicious destruction to property (both legal and private). She then arrested him and his underlings.
He will appear again in SM081.

| Electivire is first's only known Pokémon.
Electivire helped intimidate Kiawe's family, even firing a Thunder at Mimo. It then battled Kiawe's Marowak and won. It was later used in a rematch against Marowak, but it was quickly defeated by Inferno Overdrive. Electivire's known moves are Thunder Punch, Thunder, and Rain Dance. | ||
