Triplet Beat (Japanese: 強化拡張パック トリプレットビート Enhanced Expansion Pack: Triplet Beat) is the name given to the first Japanese subset released during the Pokémon Trading Card Game's Scarlet & Violet Era. It follows on from the first main release of the Era, the dual Scarlet ex and Violet ex, featuring more Pokémon and characters from the Paldea region.
Information
Enhanced Expansion Pack: Triplet Beat is a subset containing 103 cards that was released in Japan on March 10, 2023, followed by localized releases in Taiwan and Hong Kong on March 24, 2023, in Indonesia on April 21, 2023, in Thailand on April 28, 2023 and in South Korea on May 3, 2023. It includes cards that depict characters, locations, and Pokémon from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet—notably the three first partner Pokémon final evolutions Meowscarada, Skeledirge, and Quaquaval, as well as Pokémon ex and other Paldean Pokémon such as Paldean Tauros. The subset continues to include more illustration rares following their debut in the Scarlet & Violet expansion. This subset also provides the first Special Energy cards for the Scarlet & Violet Series.
