Rod (Japanese: リュウドー Ryūdō) is the fourth Grand Master. He plays using the Legendary Dragonite Deck (Japanese: でんせつのドラゴンデッキ Legendary Dragon Deck). In Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!, he uses the レジェンドドラゴンデッキ Legend Dragon Deck as well as the だいドラゴンデッキ Great Dragon Deck.

Rod is the last of the four Grand Masters that is available to battle after all eight Master Medals have been obtained.

Since the start of the game, Rod was kidnapped by Team Great Rocket and held imprisoned in the GR Psychic Stronghold. When freed by the main player after defeating Mami, he will give away a Dragonite.
Later on, he is an opponent in the Pokémon Dome, where he will give away one of the Legendary cards: Dragonite.
