She is a restaurant manager who lives near [[Saffron City]] with {{p|Mr. Mime}} as the chef, who cooked using {{m|Confusion}} and its other capabilities. Even though it looked good, the food tasted terrible, however. Because of this, her older twin sister [[Rhoda]] thought of it and her as an amateur in cooking. The twins eventually divided their restaurant into two. After {{an|Brock}} taught it how to cook tasty food by not adding unnecessary spices, it became better in cooking.


In both Japanese and English, Rhonda's name is a match to her sister's.  In the English, there is only a one-letter difference in their names, while in the Japanese, Res and Tauran are both taken from the word ''restaurant''.
Both sisters eventually had a competition to see who would run the restaurant. After helping {{AP|Pikachu}} and their Pokémon escape {{TRT}}'s cage by using {{m|Trick}} and Psychic, her sister decided to have her run the restaurant. Rhonda decided to make her sister the co-manager as she was leaving and her {{p|Sneasel}} the head chef. Both of their Pokémon worked together to cook great food for {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}}.

Rhonda (Japanese: トラン Toran) is a character of the day who appeared in Hail to the Chef!.

She is a restaurant manager who lives near Saffron City with Mr. Mime as the chef, who cooked using Confusion and its other capabilities. Even though it looked good, the food tasted terrible, however. Because of this, her older twin sister Rhoda thought of it and her as an amateur in cooking. The twins eventually divided their restaurant into two. After Brock taught it how to cook tasty food by not adding unnecessary spices, it became better in cooking.
