All About Arceus VIII (Japanese: VS アルセウスVIII VS Arceus VIII), titled VS Arceus VIII in the Chuang Yi translation, is the 459th chapter of the Pokémon Adventures manga, and the 18th chapter of the HeartGold & SoulSilver arc.
It is subtitled Final Evolution of Hope! (Japanese: 希望の最終進化! The Final Evolution of Hope!) in the VIZ Media translation and Final Evolution of Hope in the Chuang Yi translation.

Major events
- Giovanni, Pryce, and Lance continue their battles outside the Sinjoh Ruins.
- Celebi is revealed to be gathering the cure to Giovanni's disease with Pibu's assistance.
- Giovanni's disease begins to affect him again, forcing Silver to take his place in the battle against Giratina.
- Gold's team is defeated, except for Togebo.
- Gold manages to fully connect with Togebo, allowing him to evolve into Togetic and then into Togekiss.
- Togebo attacks Arceus, not doing any damage, but manages to calm it down.
