(Japanese: マッドブーバー Mad Boober) is a recurring character who first appeared in SM081. He is a member of the Revengers.
Mad Boober took part in a Battle Royal alongside his Magmortar, but he used dirty tactics provided by the other Revengers to get an advantage over the Masked Royal and his Incineroar. Witnessing this, Ash and Torracat decided to team up with Masked Royal, while Mad Boober teamed up with Mr. Elec. Despite them using more dirty tactics, they were soon defeated.
Mad Boober reappeared in SM092, where he battled the Masked Royal with Magmortar only to be defeated. The next day, he appeared at the Melemele Shopping Mall and demanded the Masked Royal show himself. He proceeded to hold the audience hostage, including Professor Kukui.
