Eterna Forest (Japanese: ハクタイのもり Hakutai Forest) is a forest that one must travel through to get to Eterna City. It is similar to Viridian Forest. It is a forest enveloped in chilly air. Thick stands of trees turn the forest into a natural maze. Notably, there is a mossy rock where an Eevee can be evolved into Leafeon.

When the player initially enters the forest, Cheryl will come up to the trainer and talk about Team Galactic, the criminal organization of Sinnoh. Presently, Cheryl will request to accompany the trainer through the forest. Subsequently, all battles in Eterna Forest will be double battles, including encounters with wild Pokémon.
