Slow down on editing the User: namespace. There are only three userspace edits allowed per day, and you have gone over the limit. Editing your userpage too much will lead to it being locked again. Instead of making multiple small edits, why not instead use the preview button (Alt + Shift + P) to check your edits before saving the page? Nope. But incidentally "change requires thought" is one of my personal mottos :D Not sure if I agree that we need specific admins for specific areas, but having someone who does focus somewhere is a good plan, i.e. Jio and his sigpolicy. Having a list of admins with a list of areas they are interested in and can do would help. That's right. IF Orville will be deleted -which is very much possible (we're still in the process of establishing a notability policy for these articles) - the the disambig Can get redirected. Until then, it stays. And just a general note, DCM - it wasn't an edit war when I reverted you. It becomes an edit war when you revert my revert, especially before we ended this discussion.
