Dizzy Punch (Japanese: ピヨピヨパンチ Chirp Chirp Punch) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I. Its Japanese name refers to the tweeting of birds associated with "cartoon" dizzyness.

Effect

Dizzy Punch inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of confusing the target.
