Bliss Control is the 2008 World Championship's Senior Division finalist, belonging to Paul Atanassov.
Apparently, this deck predominantly focuses on 
Pokémon.
Paul's strategy consists of using lots of trainer and supporter cards to interfere with his opponents strategy, and attacking with heavy hitters that can take lots of damage before being knocked out.
