Flame Wheel is a Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II that deals a small amount of damage.
Effect
Flame Wheel will, if the user is frozen, heal its condition, and then do damage to the opponent. It is one of only two moves to do so, the other being Sacred Fire. It also has a 10% chance of burning the opponent.
