Effect
Covert Cloak protects the holder from the additional effects of other Pokémon's damaging moves.
This also makes the holder effectively immune to flinching and being frozen, as these effects are only applied by damaging moves.
Covert Cloak does NOT prevent items from being removed with Knock Off.
