Whenever you play Crystal Tower's Entei from your hand, you may choose any 1 Pokémon card you own (even if it is not in the deck you are using) and put it into your hand. (You may be playing with more than 60 cards in this way.) You can't use more than 1 Make Wishes Come True each game.

This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with the July 2001 issue of CoroCoro Comic. The card was never released in English.
Trivia
- The card text on the top right of the card border reads: "Theater version Pocket Monsters 2000 "Lord of the Unknown Tower" special jumbo card".
- The card text on the bottom of the card border features the CoroCoro logo and reads: "Monthly CoroCoro Comics: August issue supplement".
- This card was released as a Jumbo card and was therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
