Lucario (Japanese: ルカリオ Lucario) is a Fighting-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It is one of the DPt-P Promotional cards.
Card text

If your opponent is foreign, and you understand what they say to you, address them by placing your hand on your chest and saying "Roger."
|
|
|
This attack's damage isn't affected by Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies, or any other effects on the Defending Pokémon.

|
Flip a coin. this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. If tails, this attack does 10 damage to each of your own Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Release information
This card was released as part of the Pokémon Sunday "Lucario's Card" campaign at Pokémon Centers and select stores in Japan in January 2009. In Pokémon Centers, customers that purchased a certain amount of goods and could answer a secret password question as broadcast on an episode of Pokémon Sunday were given this card. Other select stores such as Daiei held a similar promotion in which customers were offered to trade a fighting-type card for this card while giving the key password "Roger!". It was only available for one day in Japan.
