Release information
In Japan, this card was awarded to participants of the PCL Challenge Corner events held at the 21st Next Generation World Hobby Fair, which took place during January and February 2005. It was later awarded as a holographic PCG-P Promotional card to those who participated in the One-Day Battle events held at regional Spring 2005 Battle Road tournaments held during March 2005.

Origin
Toxic Claws is partially derived from Toxic, a move in the Pokémon games that Persian can learn via TM06.
