incorrect history

You guys do know that Doryuzu was slacking off BEFORE it fought Pendra, right? and then it went back to slouching off Ataro 18:32, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

All of the information of this article is based on what I've seen in the scan and the preview and the preview shows it coming out of its ball, attacking, and the slacking off. --HoennMaster 18:36, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

Drill Liner?

Umm...Is it confirmed that the "Drill Liner" used by Doryuzu is actually a Drill Liner? It might just have been a "regular attack" if you know what i mean. The rushing used by Pendra could also be a Take down... User:TheBlackPokemonMaster

"It strikes the opponent while rotating its body like a drill." Confirmed. --HoennMaster 22:10, 17 November 2010 (UTC)

Level/badges and behavior?

Notwithstanding the fact that many specific game mechanics don't traditionally apply to the anime, considering the fact that Doryuzu do not exist below Level 31 naturally and the circumstances of its capture/ownership by Iris are relatively unknown, is it possible that her Doryuzu's behaviour can be attributed to its level and her apparently lacking the appropriate badges? (I'm basing that off the idea that game!Iris is future anime!Iris, considering in the anime she seems to be just starting her journey as a trainer, and Iris in the game seems to be Shaga's apprentice, but it seems just as likely that the anime could pull a Misty on us, except in a more... competent manner.) - unsigned comment from Wohdin (talkcontribs)

Definitely not the badges thingy here. If that's the case, even her Kibago won't listen to her since she has no badge. So, game mechanics are totally different then the anime. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 05:24, 8 December 2010 (UTC)

English name

is confirmed by the official Nintendo magazine... There's a scan on my Talk page. --- Misaki.

Yeah, so why was this page protected against moving instead of actually getting moved? - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talkcontribs) 13:12, 19 January 2011 (UTC)

Iris's first Pokémon?

In the preview for BW036, a child Iris is seen commanding a Drilbur in battle which later evolves into Excadrill. Wouldn't this make Excadrill her first Pokémon, because she was much older in the flashback in which she got Axew? Dilophosaurus Rex 19:07, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

Waiting for the episode to air would be wise choice, it'll clear it up then. ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 19:11, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
Axew wasn't there for the whole flashback, could it be Drilbur was her first Pokemon? Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 12:27, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
Given that we know Iris only got Axew recently and she hasn't shown any other Pokémon, I'd think it's safe to say that Drilbur was her starter, or at least the first Pokémon she considered hers given that she was playing with a lot of Pokémon. Aura-Knight 19:22, 27 May 2011 (UTC)

drillbur episodes

Can someone fix "This pokemon spent less then one episode episodes as Drillbur." into "This pokemon spent less then 1 episodes as Drillbur."? --Branfili Talk My edits 12:07, 26 May 2011 (UTC)

Slash/Fury Swipes

Iris said 'Midare Hikkaki' (Fury Swipes) not 'Kirisaku' (Slash). So you need to change this error. --- Misaki, 14:48 - 26 May 2011.

Order Iris' team

In the box that appears with Iris' Pokémon, the Axew-Excadrill-Emolga line-up, isn't that line-up based on the moment the Pokémon was added to the team? In that case, shouldn't Excadrill be in front, and not behind Axew? - unsigned comment from Gideon Kreeter (talkcontribs)

I believe we're doing it based on debut order. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 14:50, 28 May 2011 (UTC)

Unknown number of episodes

I don't think his 'number of episodes to evolve' section should be marked as unknown, as Drilbur evolved prior to the start of the Best Wishes series. If there is any way to list it as 'prior to debut', or something similar, I think it should be like that. Torngentleman2 18:19, 29 May 2011 (UTC)

Relationship with Axew

I have noticed that Excadrill doesn't mind Axew in Iris' hair or when it is standing nearby. Is it safe to say that Excadrill gets along with Axew? Gatogirl 02:29, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

Is there a reason why it wouldn't? --ケンジガール 02:40, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

I asked that because I do not want to make any unnecesarry edits... Gatogirl 15:25, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

Don't see a purpose to it. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 22:21, 10 November 2011 (UTC)
I'm guessing the apparent need to note that Excadrill gets along with Axew might have something to do with the fact that Excadrill's first loss, the one that caused it to disobey Iris, was to Axew's final evolution. Just a guess, anyway. - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talkcontribs) 22:26, 10 November 2011 (UTC)
Thats probably it but still, its an enormous stretch. We don't note whether Ash's Charizard got along poorly with Misty's Poliwag after the Charizard Chills battle, or Snorlax's with Tracey's Scyther after its loss to Gary's Scizor. Not really relevant or necessary. Toon Ganondorf (t c) 22:35, 10 November 2011 (UTC)

Iris's powerhouse

One of Excadrill's characteristics implies he is the powerhouse of Iris's team. He is undoubtedly strong but now she has a clearly powerful Dragonite, should it be changed or something? --Pao27 (talk) 09:19, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
