Mt. Freeze (Japanese: ひょうせつの れいほう Sacred Mt. Ice-and-Snow) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, it is the heart of the Frosty Forest. It consists of 20 floors, the final five being Mt. Freeze Peak. It is the domain of Ninetales, who is considered a Legendary Pokémon in Mystery Dungeon due to its rarity and its ability to cast powerful curses.
The first time the player approaches Mt. Freeze, it may be preceded by Snow Path. There is no chance of finding a Monster House, buried items, or a shop in this dungeon.
