Stall (Japanese: あとだし Going After) is an ability introduced in Generation IV. Only one Pokémon has this ability.
Effect
In battle
Stall reduces the users speed to strike after the foe. Therefore, Pokémon with this ability will always move last during a turn of a battle.
Outside of battle
Stall has no effect outside of battle.
