Fly, Psychic, and Draco Meteor are moves in the Pokémon games that Mega Latias can learn the first via HM or TM and the last by Move Tutor. Shattered Psyche and Devastating Drake are Z-Moves in the games although Latias cannot use them after Mega Evolving.
