Goldeen Scoop Master (Japanese: トサキント掬いの名人 Tosakinto-Scooping Master) is a character of the day who appeared in Historical Mystery Tour!.

He has a high level of skill for the Goldeen scooping game, and demonstrates this at the game Team Rocket runs at the Twinleaf Festival. After scooping almost all of the Goldeen out of the tank, James challenges him to a face-off. The winner of the competition would get all of the Goldeen; due to James's extensive childhood training in the game, the Master is eventually defeated and forfeits his Goldeen.
