This card was included in the Evolving Skies expansion with artwork by 5ban Graphics, first released in the Japanese Eevee Heroes VMAX Special Set. It was reprinted as a Full Art SWSH Black Star Promo with artwork by Hasuno and was available in the Jolteon VMAX Premium Collection from December 3, 2021. This product also included a Jumbo version of the Full Art print. In Japan, the Full Art print was released as a S-P Promotional card and was one in a set of three Eeveelution VMAX cards available through the Summer Pokémon Card Campaign.

A further five sets of the cards were given away as part of a gift campaign commemorating the announcement of new presenters for the official Pokémon Card YouTube Channel. People wishing to take part in the campaign were required to follow the official Twitter account of the Pokémon Card Channel and the Twitter accounts of the two new presenters, Kucheat take and yopi foot, and Tweet messages of support with the hashtag #ポケカチャンネル新メンバー, Pokéca Channel New Member. Those doing so between June 12 and 17, 2022 were entered into a lottery for the five sets on offer. Winners were notified by the end of June 2022.[4]
