Verity Lakefront (Japanese: シンジこのほとり Shinji Lake Vicinity) is one of the first areas that the player and his or her rival will travel through on their Pokémon journey. Notably, unlike the other lakefronts, it does not have any wild Pokémon of its own (although Lake Verity proper does), however, like them, it shares its theme with the route nearest, in this case, Route 201.
