This card was included in the Obsidian Flames expansion, first released in the Japanese Metal Melmetal ex Start Deck. In Japan, it was reprinted as an SV-P Promotional card as part of a collaboration with the NAKANO STYLING TANTO line of hair products. Eight original "NAKANO STYLING TANTO × Pokémon Card Game" branded hair products will be released on August 1, 2023; each purchase includes a promo pack which contains one of 8 possible pairs of Pokémon and Basic Energy cards. These cards feature the "NAKANO STYLING TANTO" logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration.[1]
