Berry Crush is a minigame in FireRed. It is similar in function to the Berry Blender minigame found in . It is played in the Union Room and can have up to five participants at one time.
Berry Crush (Japanese: きのみクラッシュ Berry Crush) is a minigame at the Pokémon Center in FireRed and LeafGreen and in Emerald. It can be played by 2 to 5 players at a time.

To use Berry Crush the player must repeatedly press the 'A' button as fast as possible. Though similar to the Berry Blender, this game makes Berry Powder rather than Pokéblocks (as these have no use in the Kanto region).

An old man in a house in Cerulean City or a woman in Slateport City gives the player the Powder Jar, and offers to exchange Berry Powder for herbal medicine or vitamins. This is the only way to obtain herbal medicine in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, other than trading.

After the Berries have been crushed, the player will get some powder. This can be traded for certain items. The powder is stored in the III, which can be obtained from an old man in a house in Cerulean City or from a woman in the Slateport City outdoor market. These characters will also give away certain items depending on the amount of powder that the player has.

Five players participating in Berry Crush

Berry Crush (Japanese: きのみクラッシュ Berry Crush) is a minigame at the Pokémon Wireless Club Direct Corner in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen and in Pokémon Emerald. It can be played by 2 to 5 players at a time.

Players can earn Berry Powder by playing this minigame; the Powder Jar, which is used to store Berry Powder, is required to play the minigame. An old man in a house in Cerulean CityFRLG or a woman in Slateport MarketE gives the player the Powder Jar, and offers to exchange Berry Powder for herbal medicine or vitamins. This is the only way to obtain herbal medicine in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, other than trading.

Mechanics

To play Berry Crush, the player must repeatedly press the A button as fast as possible. Once the top of the Berry Crush System has completely descended, the minigame ends. The silkiness of the powder depends on the performance of the players in the minigame. The difficulty of the Berry determines how many times the players must press A to achieve the optimal silkiness of 100%.

At the end of the game, all players receive a quantity of Berry Powder. The amount of Berry Powder awarded is equal to

B × S × P, rounded down to the nearest integer.
 • B is the sum of the base Berry Powder of all Berries used
 • S is the silkiness achieved in the minigame (as a percentage between 0% and 100%)
 • P is the number of players

The maximum possible yield in a single Berry Crush game is 18750 units, achieved with a 100% silkiness with five players using only Lansat or Starf Berries.
