Effect

Reason: Check to see if affected by moves that alter Abilities
You can discuss this on the talk page.

In battle

When an Eiscue that's in its Ice Face form is hit by a physical move, it takes no damage and changes into its Noice Face form. If a hailstorm is set up after Eiscue has changed into its Noice Face form, it will be restored to its Ice Face form at the end of the turn.

Ice Face does not protect against special moves. A Noice Face Eiscue can be restored to its Ice Face form once per hailstorm, and will not be restored if the hailstorm has been set up before it changed into its Noice Face form.

This form change persists even when Eiscue is switched out, but resets at the end of the battle.

Outside of battle

Ice Face has no effect outside of battle.
