The Colorless type contains most Normal- and Flying-type Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, Rattata and Tornadus are Colorless types in the TCG. However, many Flying-type Pokémon have not had Colorless cards. Instead they tend to be printed as their other type but with the weakness and resistance associated with a Flying-type Pokémon.
Prior to the Dragons Exalted set, the Colorless type also contained all Dragon-type Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, Rayquaza and Dragonite were always Colorless types in the TCG. - Water (if the Pokémon is a Dragon-type* in the video games)
These types are generally weak to Colorless Pokémon:
