The Gold Berry (Japanese: おうごんのみ Gold Fruit) is a type of Berry exclusive to the Generation II games. It restores 30 HP to a Pokémon.

From Generation III onward, the Gold Berry's spiritual successor, the Sitrus Berry, appears instead.

The Gold Berry was introduced as a Pokémon Tool Trainer card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Neo Series (the Japanese Neo Era) in the Neo Genesis expansion. It has never been reprinted.

If there are 4 or more damage counters on the Pokémon the Gold Berry is attached to at the start of a turn, the player removes 4 damage counters and discards the Gold Berry.
