A holographic variant of this card was released the Collector's Poster Box 2 in March 2009. The Japanese version was released as part of a Meiji Chocolate campaign in March 2008. It was subsequently reprinted as a holographic card in the Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack released in April 2009.
