Wendy (Japanese: ハーブ Herb) is a Top Ranger in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. She has the title of Flying Ranger due to her use of her partner - a Staraptor.

Wendy is first seen in the sixth volume of the Almia Times as a Top Ranger, along with Sven. She is first met by the player on their first visit to the Ranger Union. When the player first becomes a Top Ranger, she gives them a lift to the Union on her Staraptor and teaches them later on about riding them. After completing the game, the player can perform an optional quest for Wendy, having to find and capture six Staraptor for her.

Wendy accompanies the player in the extra mission Dialga in Hia Valley!?.
