Effect

Trump Card doesn't have a standard power; rather, it inflicts greater damage when Trump Card's PP is lower. Trump Card's power is calculated as follows:

When Trump Card is chosen by a random move generator such as Metronome or Assist than it will instead use the PP of that move with the same chart applying.
