Effect
Generation I
Sludge does damage and has a 29.7% chance of poisoning the target. Sludge cannot poison a target that has a Substitute or already has a major status ailment.
Generation II and on
Same as Generation I, though with a 30% chance of poisoning non-Steel-types instead.

Koffing: Koffing spews sludge at its opponent.

Horsea: Horsea squirts sludge from its mouth.
