Thunderwave Cave (Japanese: でんじはの どうくつ Electromagnetic Wave Cave) is the second dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. The first mission is rescuing a pair of Magnemite who have oddly fused together in a half-evolved form, not being able to form a Magneton. One of the Magnemite later becomes the party's third member, as well as the first party member to have been recruited and stay in a Friend Area.

The dungeon is primarily inhabited by Electric-type Pokémon and contains five floors.

There is no chance of finding a monster house, a shop, or a buried item in this dungeon.
