Sleep Powder (Japanese: ねむりごな Sleep Power) is a mostly accurate non-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation I.
Effect

Sleep Powder puts the opponent to sleep.
Sleep Powder can't affect an opponent that already has a major status ailment.
In Stadium, Sleep Powder can't affect an opponent that has a substitute.
