Serenity River (Japanese: しずかなかわ Quiet River) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It is unlocked through optional rescue missions in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness, or by finding it on the bottom of a glass in Spinda's Café in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.

Kecleon Shops may be found.
The final area holds three Deluxe Boxes. They may contain Gummis, Heal Seeds or Reviver Seeds.
