Quick Feet (Japanese: はやあし Quick Feet) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
In battle
While the Pokémon with this Ability has a status condition, its Speed is increased by 50%. The Pokémon with this Ability does not lose Speed due to paralysis.
Outside of battle
If a Pokémon with Quick Feet is leading the party, then Quick Feet halves wild Pokémon encounter rate.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
In the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, if the Pokémon is inflicted with any negative status condition, its Movement Speed is raised by one level. As a result, the Pokémon cannot be slowed.
