(Japanese: ギシン Gishin) is a character in Arceus: To a Conquering Spacetime. His Japanese voice actor is Koichi Yamadera.
Gishin lived in ancient times and commanded Pokémon fitted with magical armor. This armor forced the Pokémon into complete obedience, similarly to a Dark Ball.
He came to resent Arceus due to his belief that it would allow Michina to return to being a ruined land if it reclaimed the Jewel of Life. This led Gishin to become the driving force behind Damos's apparent betrayal of it. By using his Bronzong's Hypnosis, he was able to control Damos and force him to attack Arceus while not returning the Jewel of Life.
