Trivia

  • Horn Attack was the first attack that was shown to be used in the anime. It was used by a Nidorino in the first episode.
  • Tauros and Buffalon are the only Pokémon that gain STAB from Horn Attack.
    • Coincidentally, both of them are based on bovine.
  • Omanyte can learn this attack in Generation I, despite having no visible horn or tusks.
