As the Beginning Dimension is on top of the Spear Pillar and not a seperate area like the Flower Elysium and New Moon Island, Aruseus cannot be obtained by the Surf glitch. Even if one manages to reach it, it is impossible to get out of the dimension. There will be no stairs, and Teleport, Fly etc. will not be usable. | |||

The Beginning Dimension can only be accesed by a Nintendo event in which the player receives Heaven's Pipe. When the player goes to the top of Tengan Mountain (Spear Pillar), the game will ask you if you want to play Heaven's Pipe. When you say yes, a stairway will appear and Arseus wil be waiting at Level 80.
