Location:	Southeast of Floe Island, northwest of Chrono Island

Navel Rock is an island between Floe and Chrono Islands in the Sevii Islands. It can only be accessed after downloading the Mysticticket through Mystery Gift, talking to the sailor in front of the Seagallop Ferries, and selecting it as the destination. Unlike the other Sevii Islands, Navel Rock does not appear on the Town Map by default.

Emerald

Though not part of Hoenn, Navel Rock is visitable in Pokémon Emerald. The Mysticticket can be obtained in the same way, with the exception of being intended for the S.S. Tidal.
