Frenzy Plant is a slightly inaccurate and very highly-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation III. It is one of the three elemental versions of Hyper Beam, the other two being Hydro Cannon and Blast Burn.
It appears to have been called Solid Plant in Pokémon Colosseum. This may refer to the Japanese name, Hard Plant.
Learnset
Generation III
In FireRed and LeafGreen, an elderly woman(in the game, she looks like a Channeler) will teach either Venusaur, Meganium, or Sceptile Frenzy Plant. The catch is, you need a high Friendship in order for your starter to learn this move.
・Additionally, after you clear the Mt. Battle challenge in Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, if you will pick Chikorita as the prize, it will come with Frenzy Plant.
Generation IV
In Diamond and Pearl, an elderly man in Route 228 in the Battle Zone (after you defeat the Elite 4) will teach your Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, or Torterra Frenzy Plant. Like in FireRed and LeafGreen, your starter must have a high Happiness with you.
