In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, and Explorers of Sky, if the player offers a Dusk Stone at Luminous Spring, Murkrow and Misdreavus can be evolved into Honchkrow and Mismagius, respectively. It costs 1000 Poké and can be sold for 1 Poké.

In Pokémon Conquest, Misdreavus and Lampent evolve into Mismagius and Chandelure, respectively, if their link is improved while their Warrior is equipped with a Dusk Stone.
A Dusk Stone can be purchased from the traveling merchant for 5000 gold, and sold for 2500-3250 gold.

A Dusk Stone in the anime
The Dusk Stone made its anime debut in Try for the Family Stone!, in which Rhyanna and Mitchell searched for one to evolve their respective Pokémon. They eventually found one, and decided to have a battle to settle which one of them would get to use it.
Mystery on a Deserted Island! featured the Dusk Stone along with all of the other Evolution stones available as of Generation V.
A full set of Evolution stones was seen on display in a stone shop in Geosenge Town in The Cave of Trials!.

In the Pokémon Adventures manga
In Dealing With A Koffing Fit, Silver's Murkrow evolved into a Honchkrow due to gaining experience while holding a Dusk Stone, which had been given to Silver by Green.

A Dusk Stone held by Murkrow
A Dusk Stone appears as a held item on the Secret Wonders Murkrow card. It allows Murkrow to evolve on the turn it is played.
