Apple Woods (Japanese: リンゴのもり Apple Forest) is an unlockable dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It has 12 floors and no boss. It can be unlocked by completing several optional missions after Team Skull joins the Guild. The player is sent there by Chatot to find Perfect Apples, as someone had secretly eaten the Guild's entire supply. When the player reaches the Perfect Apple tree, Team Skull attacks and knocks them out. Team Skull then take the glory of finding the Perfect Apples.

Apple Woods has a counterpart within the same wooded area called Oran Forest.
