Trivia
Twinleaf's Japanese motto is わかばが いぶく ばしょ.
Name origin
The Japanese name Futaba Town may refer to a Japanese word meaning bud or sprout (二葉 futaba). This provides the basis for its English name, as futaba can be interpreted as "two leaves".
