Sleep Powder (Japanese: ねむりごな Sleep Powder) is a mostly accurate non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.

Effect

Sleep Powder puts the opponent to sleep.

Sleep Powder can't affect an opponent that already has a major status ailment.

In Stadium, Sleep Powder can't affect an opponent that has a substitute.

Oddish. A blue, sparkling smoke is released from the top of Oddish's head. Any Pokémon or human that goes into this smoke will instantly fall asleep.
