Flame Wheel is a Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II that deals a small amount of damage.

Effect

Flame Wheel will, if the user is frozen, heal its condition, and then do damage to the opponent. It is one of only two moves to do so, the other being Sacred Fire.

In the anime

Pokémon

Quilava. Quilava starts running at its opponent at a high speed. The flames on its head and tail then start to blaze and Quilava starts to roll. Quilava is then engulfed in flames.

Typhlosion. Its back blazes, and fire envelops its entire body.

Chimchar. It shoots flames from its mouth as it somersaults towards the foe or Chimchar blazes while running and then roll a it's opponent.
