Frenzy Plant is a slightly inaccurate and very highly-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation III. It is one of the three elemental versions of Hyper Beam, the other two being Hydro Cannon and Blast Burn.
It appears to have been called Solid Plant in Pokémon Colosseum. This may refer to the Japanese name, Hard Plant.
