World Axle - Underground Entry (Japanese: せかいのはしら ちか いりぐち World Pillar Underground Entrance) is the sixteenth region in Pokémon Rumble Blast. It consists of a Dark Legion Base; several floors infiltrated by the Dark Legion. Cobalion will join the player in the first run. All Pokémon aside from Cobalion encountered in this level are rusted.

A second Dark Legion Base is visited in the World Axle - Shaft.
