When will I be able to edit my userpage? I have a lot of info to put about myself about pokemon. Gliscorguy54 14:32, 23 October 2010 (EST)

When you make enough constructive edits to the mainspace articles. Bulbapedia is an encylopedia, not a personal social networking site. Your main concern should be to help edit the articles on Bulbapedia. Thanks. Jellotalk 18:37, 23 October 2010 (UTC)

I understand, thank you. Gliscorguy54 14:39, 23 October 2010 (EST)

Regarding your edit

What were you trying to do in the List of Pokémon with unique type combinations‎ article? ht14 22:10, 24 October 2010 (UTC)

I was just trying to change the amount of unique pokemon in the trivia from 21 to 22 after I counted the single ones. Gliscorguy54 22:12, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
Needless to say, you edited more than just that. Please be more careful in what you edit in the future. ht14 22:25, 24 October 2010 (UTC)

How can I take a screenshot of my games without a camera, for things like changing the Neon Colesseum picture? Gliscorguy54 17:52, 30 October 2010 (UTC)

I think you have to take it with a camera. Just some cutouts, clearness change to correct color (if not already), and you're pretty much set. ... Well, if you can do all that.--ShinyEevee 20:50, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
I'll try it sometime. Gliscorguy54 20:54, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

Re: Re: Disambig

Well, it's not like I can avoid redlinking. The templates automatically create a Disambiguation page. Masatoshi: Gen. II>All. Discuss. 21:52, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

It auto-creates a link, not a page. You can avoid them by not doing it, since we don't need the links. Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 21:53, 1 December 2010 (UTC)
Try to create the Disambig first, then link it. And please stop with all the Re:-ing, it's getting on my nerves. Gliscorguy54 21:55, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

You can welcome users by pasting this template on their talkpages: {{subst:welcome}}. This will automatically generate the welcome template and the correct time stamp and signature. Please use this from now on. Thanks. Jellotalk 22:14, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

No, thank you! Gliscorguy54 22:16, 1 December 2010 (UTC)
Regarding accidental creation of talk pages on user pages, just put {{delete}} on the page. Just be more careful next time. --rockersk08 19:46, 3 December 2010 (UTC)
I did them all, then realized and immeadeatly thought 'Oh crap!!' Gliscorguy54 19:48, 3 December 2010 (UTC)

Nope, I'm just as new as you are. Basically, I think Bulbapedia wants us revamping articles. And they're trying to bribe us with pre-release versions of Black and White. I'm just doing it for fun. Anyways, I digress. Simply edit an article to near-perfection (erase grammar errors, improve writing style, et cetera). Then go to that list of contributors page and type your name and the list of things you changed (provide a "diff" link, something that can be obtained in the edit history, "diff" meaning a difference in revisions between what is on the page after you "fix" it and what there once was). That's all you need to do, really. In terms of what I did, I revamped Kamitsure's "In the games" section and fixed a few minor errors in the Trivia. I also fixed the cruddy-sounding intro, but it was reverted to remain "consistent" with the other Gym Leader articles. - The Pokémon Master 17:40, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

Well, I can't make the Template work, and when I clicked on your link, it hid about 6 revisions, and I don't know how to do that either. Can you tell me how you did that? Gliscorguy54 17:49, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
speaking of the Christmas contest, I saw that the template said my reservation on XD was expired so I changed it. Am I allowed to do that? Also, I added a new category to XD, and it went to the bottom. How do I move it up? Thanks, Catboy41

Yea uh....

Is it the policy on this wiki to delete a person's comment when they're not acting like, for lack of a better word, douches? I've posted some comments on talk pages trying to help. some have been wrong or not helpful I'll admit, but others have been helpful and have still been deleted (which happened on the Vulpix talk page). It's not like I'm spamming or anything, but my comments get deleted because what, a conversation is old? And this happens too if a conversation is three weeks old. Not everyone is on a wiki every day, so someone gets chastised because they join a topic that looks like it hasn't been settled, and if it is, is very rarely stated as a closed topic. I'm not calling you the problem, but I figure you're as good a person to ask as anyone else why people's comments will be deleted. In A Manica 21:50, 16 December 2010 (UTC)

It's in the talk page policy: Please check the dates of a discussion before you reply to it. Unless there is good reason for revitalizing an old conversation, comments on sections older than six months old will be removed. This is because by this point the problems cited will have been cleared up. Jellotalk 21:56, 16 December 2010 (UTC)
well personally, I don't agree with the idea of a comment being deleted just because a conversation is old. Mainly because if a conversation is cleared up, very rarely will someone say "Glad this is settled" or something similar. And I'm talking about the conversations that aren't clear cut in being settled, whether it be on the discussion page or the article itself. And I've had good reason to revitalize a conversation that was only 3 weeks old, yet have had my comments deleted. So yea..... I'm kinda pissed. In A Manica 22:03, 16 December 2010 (UTC)
Why don't you go talk to an admin us slaves er, Editors can't do anything about it. --Pokemaster97 22:04, 16 December 2010 (UTC)
Please mind the code of Conduct, because when an Admin sees you swearing, you'll be in trouble. I'm not telling you of though, only admins can Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 22:11, 16 December 2010 (UTC)
I looked at your contributions and you never contributed to a conversation less than 3 weeks old. The comments that you made that were removed were either expressing your personally feelings about something or contributing to a defunct conversation. --ケンジガール 22:33, 16 December 2010 (UTC)
Glad my talk page could be of service. Gliscorguy54 00:01, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
I've said it once before and I'll say it again. Pokemaster's typo error had changed the context of the sentence completely. At first he put it "can" but then switched it to "can't". I'm not trying to get my response excused, because I could've been way more civil. And I'm not blaming Pokemaster either. My actions were out of line (something I've never done before on any other wiki like the Kingdom Hearts Wiki or God of War wiki to name a few). I'm just saying context is very powerful and can often lead to things like this. When I went to change my rude comment to one that said "Sorry I misunderstood" I found out I was blocked. In my haste, I forgot about the sockpuppets rule. So yea yesterday was full of fail on my part. In A Manica 13:58, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

Don't be rude to other users no any reason. It's against the CoC and it can get you blocked. Thanks, --CoolPikachu! 01:46, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

Edit Glitch?

I edited the time gear page and something went wrong. Thanks, Catboy41.

It seems you accidently removed the |} used to close the table, meaning the rest of the page was all part of one cell. Werdnae (talk) 04:19, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

New page

How do I make a new page in my Userspace? I want to make a usertag. Gliscorguy54 20:42, 6 January 2011 (UTC)

Undoing an edit

Why did you delete my edit on Steelix? That's a true fact I posted there, you can check it out for yourself. CrazyRadical 22:17, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

Sprite trivia is prohibited. and sign wthi 4 ~'s. Gliscorguy54 00:34, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

Really? But Cyndaquil's family's colors changes through the games, so that doesn't make too much sense to me. Oh well. CrazyRadical 00:45, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

Your missing my point, sprite trivia is not allowed. Gliscorguy54 00:48, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

Well, I'm not trying to be pouty or anything, but can I please ask why? CrazyRadical 00:52, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

I'm not sure, ask an Admin, like Jello. Gliscorguy54 00:53, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

She aint mad

i am. why would you say that? Jello's response was excellent. it covered all the points and was very polite, and then you rush into a situation you had no business dropping your nose into, and reply with an unnecessary and outright rude comment towards Jello. think next time. -- MAGNEDETH 20:50, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
