Moves
Do not assume moves, unless they were explicitly stated or they have a unique animation (which none of the moves you added have, with the exception of Thunder Fang).--ForceFire 06:15, 22 January 2022 (UTC)
Hello, in regards to Huntail from JN063, I realize that I assumed incorrectly about it using Aqua Jet but I am positive it used Rock Tomb in the episode because it is the only rock type move it can know and the animation style looks very similar to Leon's Charizard using it in Jn042/Jn043. - Rock Tomb does not have a unique animation, the user summoning rocks and throwing them at the opponent fits many other rock type/base moves. And the anime has made Pokémon use moves it normally wouldn't know in the games plenty of times before.--ForceFire 19:15, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
Voice Actors
If you are going to change voice actor info of 4kids era characters, you must provide a valid source. A valid source being confirmation from the voice actors themselves via email or social media. Do not go by credits or by ear. Thank you.--ForceFire 06:13, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
Pokemon Links
When linking Pokemon to their own pages, don't use the brackets, the correct use is for example Vikavolt.--BigDocFan (talk) 22:45, 14 May 2022 (UTC)
Anime moves
I noticed you've added Shuckle as knowing Rollout and Metagross as using Confusion, whilst the animation looks similar, this hasn't been confirmed as it wasn't mentioned in dialogue.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 01:25, 26 November 2023 (UTC)
Guessing Moves
Please do not guess or assume moves that are not listed on List of moves with unique animations or have been confirmed via close captions (not fansubs). Bite and Crunch literally could have the same animation (set of teeth biting the opponent). Water Gun and Hydro Pump could literally have the same animation (a blast of water aimed at the opponent). Psybeam and Signal Beam could literal have the same animation (a multi-colored beam aimed at the opponent). Even if certain Pokémon can't learn certain moves, there are multiple precedence of the anime not adhering to the games in terms of what move a Pokémon can use. Thank you.--ForceFire 05:21, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
- With all due respect, I understand your reasonings for Crunch/Bite and Water Gun/Hydro Pump. However, for some of the others, you have photos in the archives labeled Goh's Golurk as using Signal beam and Nidoking using sludge wave in JN001. Not to mention, in the plot summary for that episode, it's listing a Nidoking battling Mew with Sludge Wave and Earth Power and Mew responds with the same moves. Perhaps, we could put sludge wave and earth power in that 'List of moves with unique animations' category...
- I was only trying to help, you understand. Dave62291 (talk) 13:24, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
